We stand behind every system we build — here's how we handle issues after delivery.
Standard Warranty Coverage
Every system from JailBrokenWorld comes with a 30-day limited hardware warranty from the date of delivery or pickup.
If something goes wrong due to hardware failure (like the system won’t boot, HDMI goes out, disc drive fails, etc.), we’ll repair or replace the system — as long as the issue wasn’t caused by physical damage, modding outside of what we did, or misuse.
What’s Covered
- System won't power on or has power issues
- Video/audio output fails (e.g., HDMI port issue)
- Internal hard drive or flash memory failure
- Pre-installed software not booting due to our setup
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from drops, spills, overheating, or rough use
- Console bans from going online with jailbroken devices
- User-installed software or games added after purchase
- Issues caused by third-party modding, tampering, or firmware updates
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- We may ask for photos or a short video to help diagnose
After 30 Days?
If your warranty has expired, don’t stress — we still offer discounted repairs for returning customers depending on the issue. Just reach out and we’ll work with you.
