Shipping Details
๐ฆ Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3โ5 business days. Custom orders may take longer based on your setup.
๐ Delivery Time: Youโll get a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery usually takes 2โ7 business days.
๐ Shipping Regions: We ship within the U.S.. For international orders, contact Jailbrokenw@gmail.com first.
๐ง Custom Orders: Custom builds take extra time based on mods or parts. Design your own build today.
๐จ Tracking: Tracking info will be emailed or texted to you. If you donโt see it, check spam just in case.
๐ซ Shipping Partners: We ship through USPS and UPS โ depending on location and weight.
โ Insurance Coverage: Every package is fully insured. If anything happens in transit, we got you covered.

Returns & Refunds
Every system is custom-made and tested before shipping. For that reason, all sales are final. If something doesnโt work right, hit us up immediately. Weโll troubleshoot or repair if eligible. Refunds are only considered in rare, serious situations.
Terms & Conditions
1. Custom Products: All products sold on JailBrokenWorld are considered custom or refurbished hardware. This includes preloaded consoles, modified systems, and accessories with pre-installed software or firmware changes. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these products are not brand new from the original manufacturer.
2. All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of each product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives physically damaged or is completely non-functional due to our error. If you have an issue, weโll work with you to troubleshoot or repair where possible.
3. Delivery Liability: Once an item leaves our hands and tracking is provided, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). However, we fully insure all packages and will help you file a claim or send a replacement if something goes wrong in transit.
4. Online Use & Bans: Jailbroken or modified systems may be at risk if used online. We do not guarantee any protection from console bans, online service restrictions, or firmware updates that may disable modded functionality. Use online features at your own discretion.
5. Legal Responsibility: Our systems are sold for archival, educational, and preservation purposes only. It is your responsibility to ensure you are complying with local laws and using the console in a legal manner. We do not condone piracy or illegal distribution of copyrighted content.
6. Software Requests: When requesting specific games or software, you confirm that you legally own the original version or license. We provide software preloaded only at your request and do not sell games or digital content separately.
7. Repairs & Support: If something breaks or stops working, reach out to us. We offer limited support via email or text for troubleshooting. Repairs outside of the warranty period may incur a cost, depending on parts and labor needed.
8. Payment Issues: Any chargebacks or fraudulent activity will result in a permanent ban from purchasing, and we will provide transaction evidence to payment processors when necessary.
9. Privacy: We respect your privacy. Your info is only used to process your order and communicate with you โ we donโt sell or share customer data.
10. Acceptance of Terms: By completing a purchase, you agree to all terms outlined on this page. You also understand that product appearance may vary slightly depending on stock and shell variations.
